What’s is the nightly rate?
LBV rents for $500.00 a night. Contact Bodega Bay and Beyond for specials and promotions!
Low-season and mid-week specials are often available as well. Just ask when you call.
This does not include holiday rates, processing fee, cleaning fee or Sonoma County occupancy tax. There is no security deposit required.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, we will take small pets with an additional deposit of $75.00 per pet. Please let the booking agent know ahead of time if you plan on bringing a pet. Responsible pet ownership is expected. LBV has an extra leach and water bowl at the house.
What is the cancellation policy?
We know life happens and people have to cancel, sometimes at the last minute. The processing fee maybe forfeited for last minute cancellations.
